### 3.2 Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information necessary for service delivery
- Respond to requests for approval or feedback within agreed timeframes
- Ensure you have necessary rights to any materials provided to us
- Maintain active communication during project execution
## 4. Payment Terms
### 4.1 Fees and Billing
- Fees are as specified in service agreements or contracts
- Payment is required according to agreed payment schedules
- All fees are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur additional charges
### 4.2 Refunds
